What is the RTA Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program?
The DBE program was created by the U.S. Department of Transportation to ensure that small disadvantaged business enterprises can compete fairly for federally funded transportation-related projects. A complete guide to the DBE program can be found here.

With so many diverse projects happening across our large region it is important that the RTA has your current information.

Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) are posted here for public review and at the RTA offices at 175 W. Jackson, Suite 1550. They are also published in the Chicago Sun-Times.
